The process of recruiting looks a little bit different depending on what role we recruit for, but we always strive to provide the best possible experience throughout the process. It typically goes something like this:

We try to get back to everyone within a few weeks of applying but with more popular roles, it may take a bit longer. So please, bear with us!
General Interview
Our chance to get to know you
Our interviews can either take place in person at our office or digitally with video. Your first conversation will be with our People & Culture Lead - a chat about you, your background and experience, the role, as well as about our company and culture, your and our values and how well they align.
Craft interview
Meet the craft
The second interview will be with the relevant Craft Lead and a peer from the craft. Here we tell you more about the specific craft, the types of projects that we typically do, as well as dig further into your experience, craft skills and competence.
Case
Dig a little deeper
We generally do some type of case or equivalent, but depends on the specific role we are recruiting for. What all recruitment processes do have in common is that the last meeting is always with the Head of Craft and Craft Lead. It is also in this step that you present your solution to the case, if you have done one.

Next steps
Now it is “decision making time”. The recruiting team involved in your process now calibrate and conclude. You also take this time to think about what your impression of us is, if how we work, our culture and values aligns with you and what you see for yourself in your next career step.
